Payhound is excited to announce the first edition of Crypto360 Talks, a crypto-focused evening gathering aimed at crypto enthusiasts, gaming companies leveraging crypto, compliance and payments specialists, and regulators in Malta.
Taking place at the unique location of the Museum of Fine Arts (MUZA) in Valletta, Malta, the event is scheduled for June 25th, starting at 18:00.
Supported by industry-leading companies within the crypto and gaming verticals, such as Chainalysis, Fireblocks, WH Partners, and media partner SBC Media, Crypto360 Talks aims to address the most pressing issues in these industries.
The focus will be on upcoming regulatory challenges introduced by the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) in Europe, set to disrupt how companies interact with crypto across all Member States.
Elton Dimech, Managing Director of Payhound, highlighted the event's importance, stating:
"Crypto360 Talks aims to shed light on a complex subject. Compliance with regulatory frameworks is crucial for gaming companies, especially operators receiving player deposits in crypto. The entire ecosystem needs to adapt by the end of the year as per MiCA’s requirements, and we’re here to support companies in this transition and promote best practices."
The evening will feature presentations by industry leaders such as Michele Santulin from Chainalysis and Rocío Villanueva from Fireblocks, focusing on navigating regulations and effective use of crypto. A panel moderated by Galyna Podoprikhina of WH Partners will discuss how these regulations impact gaming operations, providing practical strategies for compliance and innovation.
In addition to these discussions, attendees will have opportunities to network and enjoy entertainment by a DJ and Saxophonist, making it a valuable evening for anyone interested in the future of crypto and gaming.
